StudyPass provides online citizenship test practice tools, including practice questions, explanations, progress tracking, and mock exams for citizenship tests in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

2. Free and Paid Tiers

StudyPass offers a free tier with access to all questions and explanations, and a Premium tier with additional features including timed mock exams, progress tracking, and spaced repetition. Premium pricing is listed on our pricing page.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not use StudyPass for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

4. Content Accuracy

StudyPass questions and explanations are based on official government test materials from USCIS, the UK Home Office, IRCC (Canada), and the Australian Government. However, StudyPass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency.

While we strive for accuracy and keep our content updated, we cannot guarantee that our materials reflect the most recent changes to any government test. Always verify with official sources.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used Premium features.
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window.

6. Intellectual Property

All StudyPass content, design, and branding are the property of StudyPass (a Rolo Academy project). Government test questions referenced in our materials are sourced from publicly available official documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

StudyPass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to test results, application outcomes, or reliance on our content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of StudyPass after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
